Herbed Tortellini Salad

Description
A quick and easy herbed pasta salad that just as good cold as it is hot!
Ingredients
- 1 pound Tortellini Pasta
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Basil, Julienned
- 1 cup Grape Tomatoes, Halved
- 3 sprigs Spring Onions, Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and pour into a large bowl.
2. Whisk together olive oil and remaining ingredients and pour over tortellini. Toss lightly to make sure all ingredients are well-incorporated.
3. Serve warm or cover and refrigerate and serve cold.
