Description

For a quick and easy dinner, made with some spicy kick!

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons Grape Seed Or Vegetable Oil
  • 8 whole Chicken Drummets
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • ½ cans (7 Oz. Size) Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons Molasses

Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2.Heat the oil in a skillet on high heat. Add the drummets and fry them until the skins are well browned on all sides. Add salt and pepper.
3. Add the remaining ingredients to your skillet and mix well. Turn to low and simmer for about 5 minutes. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and let the flavors marry. The liquid will reduce and the chicken will be tender in about 15-20 minutes.
4. Hold on to your seat!
