Oh, baby! This will change your life! You can use this on ANY pasta.
Brown the ground beef with chopped onions and garlic. Add remaining ingredients and stir together well. Simmer as long as you’d like, but at least for 30 minutes. If it’s too thick for your taste, then add a few ounces of V8 or tomato juice to thin.
Serve over hot, cooked pasta and dust with fresh parmesan cheese.
