Description

Not only is this sandwich really healthy, but it tastes delicious too!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Hummus
  • 1 drop Mustard
  • 2 slices Bread (I Prefer Oat Nut)
  • 5 slices Cucumber
  • 2 leaves Lettuce
  • 1 bunch Alfalfa Sprouts
  • 2 slices American Cheese (optional)

Preparation

Spread hummus and mustard on the bread. Then add your slices of cucumber, lettuce, alfalfa sprouts and cheese.

I’ve made something like this, minus the mustard, for years. Very tasty! A slice or two of tomato is a great addition, too.

Now I have to make some hummus!

very good! i added more hummus, because i love it so. it was delicious. the nutty oat bread really complements the hummus.
