Description

A quick and easy Tex-Mex meal. My husband and kids liked these so much we had them twice in one week.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • 8 Tablespoons Tostitos Medium Salsa Con Queso Cheese Dip
  • 4 ounces, weight Baked Tostitos Scoops Chips
  • 16 ounces, weight Chicken Breasts, Grilled And Diced
  • 2 whole Medium Tomatoes, Diced
  • 2 whole Jalapeños, Thinly Sliced

Preparation

Warm beans in a saucepan on medium heat for 8 minutes.

Warm the queso cheese dip in the microwave for 45 seconds.

Place chips on a plate. Fill each chip evenly with beans and chicken. Top with queso, tomatoes and jalapeños.
