This is a quick dinner that tastes like you worked a lot longer.
In a 9 x 9 glass pan, arrange the chicken with the thicker portions toward the outside.
Mix the garlic, honey, soy sauce, and ginger in a small bowl, and then spoon 2 tablespoons of sauce over the chicken. Open the can of pineapple and drain, saving the juice.
Cover glass pan with cooking wrap. Cook on high in the microwave for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender. Rearrange and spoon juices over and cook for 4 more minutes.
Meanwhile, add the pineapple chunks, 1/4 cup of juice, the green onions, and peppers to the garlic mix and then put all in a small saucepan and cook on high for two minutes. It will thicken a little.
Add the nuts and pour over the chicken. Serve.
