Description

If you like pineapple, you’ll like this chicken. When you bite into the warm, juicy pineapple chunks they really jazz up what could be boring chicken and stuffing.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • Salt And Pepper, To Taste
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix (6 Oz.)
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Margarine, Melted
  • 1 can Pineapple Chunks (540 Ml, 19 Fl. Oz.)
  • ¼ cups Brown Sugar
  • ⅓ cups Onion, Chopped

Preparation

- Season chicken with salt and pepper and place around outside of baking dish.
– Drain pineapple saving the juice.
– Combine stuffing mix, water, margarine and pineapple chunks. Place stuffing mixture in middle of baking dish.
– Add sugar and onion to pineapple juice. Pour over chicken and stuffing.
– Bake at 400F covered for 30-45 minutes, then uncover for 15 minutes to brown.
– Serves 4

i swear girl, if i dont get of tasty kitchen, im gonna gain 110 lbs.

made this chicken again tonight and it’s the most moist delicious chicken dish i have ever eaten.
family loves it.

We still enjoy this amazing dish at least 4 times a month.

It’s our absolute favorite chicken recipe ever.

Loved it. Easy to Make – and since my husband is the only one who likes onions, we just skipped that ingredient. The pineapple juice and brown sugar jazz up the taste of the stuff very nicely!

I made this as the first recipe from this website. I loved it!
Easy to make, tastes amazing.

The only thing I would change would be to add the onions to the stuffing mix. When my kids saw the onions (as they were poured on the top) I got “Onions? ew”
