I just finished making this and we love it!!! I can’t believe how quick and easy it was. I also wanted something spicy and added some cajun seasoning so it was really good. I will absolutely make this again!!

I made this yesterday night because I wanted something fast and I had all of the ingredients. It was really good. I omitted the sliced mushrooms and used cream of mushroom soup which I usually do not like. I added red pepper flakes for spiciness. I will definitely make this when I need something fast!

Great recipe!

I sautéed the onion a little extra … I started with the onion and then added the hamburger. I also added some minced garlic for a little extra flavor. Also great for leftovers!!

This was really good! I loved that it was so fast and easy to prepare and my husband and toddler couldn’t get enough of it – I was planning to have leftovers for lunches the next day but there wasn’t any left! Two small things that I did differently was to add just a shake or two of garlic powder while it was cooking and then some fresh chopped parsley over the top to serve (I just had some leftover from another recipe I had made the night before). I would definitely make this again.

I was looking for dinner in a pinch and found this recipe using the search word “hamburger”. This was super-easy to make and the family enjoyed it. I haven’t had or made Stroganoff in ages so this was a nice change of pace for dinner!

It was ok. Maybe I’m just not a stroganoff kind of girl.

It was very creamy. I had to add way more than 1/4 cup of milk, and I also had to add some of the pasta water from the egg noodles that I served with it to get the right consistency.
