In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and pineapple tidbits with a fork, breaking up the pineapple as much as possible.
Spread half of the mixture on a tortilla. Cover with ham slices. (4 should be enough per tortilla.) Roll up the tortilla and slice off the end ½” or so of uneven rolled tortilla. Roll the tortilla in a sheet of cling wrap.
Repeat with the other tortilla and remaining fillings.
