I made this to accompany some Asian style chicken legs and it was delicious. One thing I did that the recipe doesn’t mention is I cooked and cooked and cooked the entire mixture after adding everything together. It “fried” up the rice a bit and yum!

I do usually cook the entire recipe for 5 minutes before serving.
