Yummy! These got thumbs up from hubby and son and myself! I scaled it to 5 servings and cooked the meat and diced onion together for 25 minutes and omitted the oil to cut down on a little bit of fat/calories but followed directions for the sauce (although I do think it ended up being slightly tweaked due to what I had – I only had about 3-4 TBS worth of Dijon and I ended up adding 2 TBS of Worcerstershire instead of just 1 because I wasn’t reading carefully!) I liked the tang from the dijon, sometimes these recipes are very “barbecuey” and I didn’t think this one was at all – it was just right! Next time I might dice a pepper in there as well for a little extra veg, but the sauce was great!
