Heat grill to medium heat.
Brush both sides of mushrooms with olive oil. Place mushrooms, stem side down and grill for 5 minutes. Flip mushrooms over. Spoon on pizza sauce, sprinkle with artichoke hearts, garlic and basil. Layer on fresh mozzarella. Close grill and cook for about 7 to 9 minutes, until mushroom is tender and cheese is melted.
Garnish with crushed rep pepper and Parmesan, if desired.
