Description

This is how to perfectly grill a thick pork chop. Tender and juicy pork in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ¼ cups Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ cups Minced Fresh Parsley
  • ½ cups Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 pieces Boneless Pork Loin Chops

Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except pork chops) in a bowl. Add pork chops into the bowl and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

Set grill to medium high temperature. Grill pork chops for 10–5 minutes on each side. Check pork chop temperature with a meat thermometer and make sure the temperature reaches 145ºF.

Let meat rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Great marinade! Perfect for summer night grilling. The added bonus is it was a hit with the kids and they are asking when I can make it again!
