Description

Who said panini sandwiches can’t be sweet? This Grilled Peanut Butter & Banana Panini gives a new meaning to sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Chocolate Chip Bread
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
  • ½ cups Chocolate Peanut Butter Spread
  • 1 whole Large Banana, Peeled And Sliced
  • 4 whole Standard Size Reese's Cups, Paper Removed And Chopped

Preparation

Preheat your panini grill according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Spread the butter on one side of each of the slices of bread. On the other side of each slice, spread an even amount Reese’s Chocolate Spread. Place slices of banana on top of the spread. Sprinkle the Reese Cup pieces on top. Add the top piece of bread (buttered side facing up).

Place sandwiches on the panini maker and cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Slice in half and enjoy.
