Description

The tastiest thighs you will ever try, a bit spicy and perfect for BBQ season. This will be the perfect dish if you want to throw a BBQ party. Easy to make and really juicy. If you or your friends are spicy food lovers, this dish will satisfy all your expectations.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 10 pieces Chicken Thighs
  • FOR THE GLAZE:
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 clove Grated Garlic
  • ⅓ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper

Preparation

Mix mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and salt. Add chicken, massage sauce into the meat, cover and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Mix the glaze ingredients. Set aside until ready to use. (If you do not like spicy food, do not add cayenne pepper to the glaze.)

Heat grill to 190ºC (375ºF) and spray oil on the grill. Put chicken on the grill and fry for about 20 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes. Several minutes before the chicken is done cooking, glaze both sides and continue grilling until done.

Serve with vegetables and rice.
