Awesome! The very specific instructions ensured that the chicken was perfectly cooked. I followed them exactly with about 6 minutes at the end to reach 160 degrees. I didn’t have a BBQ spice rub so made my own with a recipe from Allrecipes. Will definitely make again.

Loved this dish and you’re right it really step to a plain chicken dinner!! The only thing I would like to see is an hour in the prep time above. I grabbed this menu for a quick dinner only to find the hour marinade. Of course I only did 30 minutes and it was still awesome!!!

Very tasty! My family loved this one, and so did I! Keeping this on my regular rotation of recipes for sure.

Fantastic recipe! Even if you don’t have a grill…a large saute pan will work just fine. Great flavor….great sauce…excellent!

I’ve made this recipe numerous times, and it is always a crowd pleaser! It looks impressive but is actually really easy to make and soooo tasty. I will be making this for many years to come!

We tried this last night and loved it! I used fresh pineapple and for the juice, I just pureed some of the leftover pineapple, which made the sauce extra thick. I thought the chicken was amazingly juicy, and I didn’t brine it! Thanks for another great BBQ recipe!
