Description

This is the best honey mustard chicken you will ever have. Period.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Any Whole Grain Mustard
  • ½ cups Honey
  • ½ whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 clove Garlic, Smashed And Minced
  • ½ teaspoons Paprika
  • ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

Preparation

Whisk all ingredients (except chicken) in a small bowl. Reserve 4 tablespoons of sauce and then pour the remaining honey mustard mixture over the chicken, toss and cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for about 30–45 minutes at room temperature. Preheat the grill on medium to medium high heat. Grill chicken for about 6 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is done. Pour a tablespoon of the reserved honey-mustard sauce over each chicken breast and let rest under foil for about 5 minutes. Serve.

YES! Do you have a grill pan? I’ve seared it in a grill pan and then tossed it in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes {or until done} and it was great! Just remember to set a side some of the marinade/sauce for afterwards!

Excellent! I added about 2 teaspoons of Dijon instead of the red pepper flakes. Had a nice amount of spice. Marinade is so good alone that I’m going to try it as a salad dressing, too.
