Delicious tender lamb paired with fiery hot Harissa paste, the perfect quick combination.
Heat a griddle pan or hot plate over a medium high heat and brush lightly with olive oil. Remove the lamb from its packaging and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Spread the Harissa paste evenly over one side of the lamb. Once the pan is hot, place the lamb harissa side up and grill for around 5 minutes. Turn the lamb over gently, reduce heat and cook for a further 2-3 minutes or until the lamb is cooked how you like it (the times indicated here should cook the lamb to medium rare). Once done, remove from grill and place on a warm plate to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
