This sandwich is full of flavor. It’s become a favorite around our house for a quick and easy lunch that keeps us full all day.
Mix the mayo, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a bowl and set aside.
Sprinkle Montreal seasoning over the chicken and grill in a skillet over medium heat until done, about 5-7 minutes.
Place mayo on each side of bread, layer the rest of the ingredients and top with another slice of bread. Drizzle olive oil over bread and press in a panini maker or between two heavy pans on the stove. Enjoy!
