Description

Family-pleasing one-dish casserole of a couple of favorites – green beans, sloppy joes, and biscuits! Easy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ pound Hamburger
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Minced Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 can Manwich Sauce
  • 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, Dry
  • 2 cans Green Beans, Drained (15.5 Oz Ea)
  • 2 jars Sliced Mushrooms, Drained (2 Oz)
  • 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Have a 9×13 pan set aside.

Brown hamburger in skillet, seasoning it with salt, pepper, Worcestershire, dried minced onion, and minced garlic. Once hamburger is browned, drain well and return to skillet. Add can of Manwich sauce and envelope of Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix. Stir well to combine and let simmer for 5 to 8 minutes. Stir in drained green beans and mushrooms.

Pour into 9×13 pan. Open can of biscuits and place them on top of the casserole. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of biscuits.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until casserole is bubbly, biscuits are brown, and cheese is melted, turning a little brown.

Serve with a green salad.
