A delicious and easy pasta bake! And, of course, it’s healthy!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
First off, if using raw chicken, dice and cook through. (Pan fry, boil, bake, whatever you prefer!)
Next, or meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and reserve noodles.
Once ready, combine chicken, pasta, tomato sauce, tomatoes, spinach, olives, onion, green pepper, basil, and oregano in a large bowl and mix well.
Transfer mixture to a casserole dish or a 9×13 pan coated in cooking spray. Sprinkle with the cheeses and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted.
Remove, serve, and enjoy!
