Description

This is a really delicious recipe. You’ll have a hard time trying to resist eating all the pudding!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound, 1-⅔ ounces, weight Spaghetti (better Use Whole Wheat Spaghetti, It's Healthier This Way)
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • White Pepper, To Taste
  • 7 ounces, weight Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 7 ounces, weight Feta Cheese
  • 1 head Garlic, Cloves Peeled And Mashed (optional)

Preparation

Boil the pasta following the instructions on the package (10-12 minutes).

Preheat your oven to 392ºF. Coat the oven tray with the olive oil.

Drain the spaghetti and put in a large bowl.

Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper and pour over the pasta.

Using a fork, blend cheeses together. When they have a paste-like consistency, add them over the spaghetti.

Add sliced/mashed garlic (optional). Mix well, then put them in the oven tray.

Place the tray in the oven and cook for about 30-35 minutes, until golden and crispy. You can use the grill for the last 10 minutes to create a lovely crust on top.
