Description

I call these Good Morning! Beef Ribs, because you start cooking in the morning with a slow cooker. By supper time you have delicious moist ribs, with hardly any work!

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Boneless Beef Ribs
  • 1 bottle Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 whole Onion

Preparation

Place all three ingredients in a crockpot. Set crockpot on low for 6 to 7 hours. Simple!!!

Piece of cake to make, I think the BBQ sauce you choose will be the important part on this recipe. The boneless ribs were very tasty and tender. I think and 8hr cook would make them almost fall apart if you wanted the ribs more like that. My entire family really enjoyed this recipe…

This was super simple to make – 7 minutes to get it in the crock pot. I tampered with the sauce a little at the end (I used Kraft Honey BBQ) adding ketchup and brown sugar and more BBQ sauce to it. I think starting with a better BBQ sauce would have helped. The ribs were tender and delicious.
