Description

Easiest meatloaf to make ever, as well as easy on your budget. Mix it all up, place in your slow cooker and walk away!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
  • 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 4 whole Slices Of Bread (any Kind You Have Works)
  • ½ cups Milk
  • 1 whole Egg, Beaten
  • ¼ cups Ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • ½ teaspoons Dried Marjoram
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ cups Ketchup
  • ½ teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Salt

Preparation

Turn slow cooker on low heat.

Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Cook onion over in skillet until clear.

While you are cooking the onion, soak the bread in the milk.

In large bowl add all ingredients (except the last four – the ketchup through salt – which is your glaze mix) and mix well. Shape mixture into a loaf. Place in slow cooker. Mix the last 4 ingredients together and spread this glaze on top of loaf, cover and cook for 4 hours.

Optional:
For the last hour of cooking you can throw in a bunch of baby carrots and they will cook in the gravy.
