Description

Nothing sounds better than wings during football season. If you are like me, you are tired of spending numerous dollars on wings. I was inspired to make my own after frequenting Wing Stop during football.

Once I came up with the perfect recipe of what we usually ordered, I never looked back.

Ingredients

  • Oil, For Frying
  • 12 whole Nude Chicken Wings (thawed And Patted Dry)
  • ¼ cups Butter, Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ¼ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese (not Fresh)

Preparation

1. Heat your deep fryer to 375ºF (use good clean oil).
2. Add your nude wings and cook for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
3. In a small glass bowl, melt butter in the microwave.
4. Whisk into butter the garlic salt, onion powder and pepper and set aside.
5. Place hot fried wings in the garlic mixture bowl, toss until coated.
6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.

Excellent recipe!!! I think next time, I may try using olive oil instead of butter for the dipping mixture. I thought it was too rich.

OH, and I also baked the wings in 350 over for 25 minutes. Then I browned them for about 2-3 minutes on each side in a little bit of oil in a large pan. Easier…less messy. :-)
