Description

A wonderful pasta to serve to company or when you need to make enough for a meal for someone else. Rich, a little spicy, and very filling.

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 12 ounces, fluid Lawry's Mesquite Marinade With Lime Juice
  • 16 ounces, weight Farfalle Pasta Or Pasta Of Your Choice
  • ½ cups Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Crushed
  • 1 pound Bacon Crumbled
  • ½ cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Put chicken in a crockpot with the marinade. Cook on low for 6 hours. Take chicken out of the juices, let cool then shred.

Cook pasta. In a small saucepan, combine butter, cream, pepper, garlic, bacon, and cheese. Stir on low heat for 3 minutes. Drain pasta and combine with sauce and shredded chicken.

Made it exactly as the recipe states. It was fantastic! My eldest requested frozen peas to be added next time we make it. Divine!

This was delicious! I made a few adjustments… I omitted the bacon, and added some red pepper flakes, parsley, salt, and pepper. We will be making this again! :)
