Fresh from the garden – tomatoes, green onions, celery, and pesto.
Put all of the ingredients into a large sauce pan. Over medium-high heat, bring to boil. Cover the pan, lower the heat and cook on medium for 5 minutes.
Serve over hot pasta, and top with parmesan cheese.
I can eat this out of the refrigerator the next morning for breakfast. I only make this when the tomatoes in my garden are ripe.
