Easiest recipe ever.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Chuck Roast (you decide the size)
- 1 envelope (1 Oz. Packet) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 bottle (12 Oz. Bottle) Regular Or Dark Beer
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Beef Broth
Preparation
Dump all ingredients in your slow cooker. Cook all day.
Serve on toasted rolls with sliced mozzarella cheese. Eat and enjoy.

This was a super easy and tasty roast. My husband bought the best rolls for this since I didn’t want to do a sandwich press type (daughter has braces). I actually used a cheapo beer and it was great! Thanks for the great dinner addition.
