French Brie Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Description
Bringing grilled cheese to a new level.
Ingredients
- 2 slices Good Quality Panini Bread
- Butter As Needed To Coat One Side Of Each Piece Of Bread
- 4 slices Brie Cheese
- ⅓ cups Mozzarella, Shredded
- 6 whole Grape Tomatoes, Halved
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Tarragon, Torn
Preparation
Butter the outside of the bread slices. Place one slice (butter side down) on a plate and then place all the ingredients evenly on top. Top with the second slice (butter side up).
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Once it’s hot add the sandwich and cook until golden on both sides and cheese is melted.
