Description
“Stupid Easy” should be the name of this recipe. Even if you are not a fan of Catalina (or French) dressing, try this! It’s seriously good.
Ingredients
- 1 package Whole Chicken, Cut Into Pieces/parts
- 1 bottle Catalina Dressing (I Prefer Western Brand)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Rinse chicken and place into a roasting pan. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Pour bottle of dressing in roasting pan, turning to coat chicken. Bake at 375F until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve chicken with roasted sauce poured on top! (I pour mine into a Ziploc bag and cut the corner to separate out some of the grease that releases from the chicken.)
