A sweet and flavorful spaghetti, Filipino style.
1. On medium-high heat, in a nonstick pot, saute garlic and onions until browned.
2. Add ground beef until fully cooked.
3. Drain out beef fat (optional).
4. Add banana ketchup, red pepper, oregano, and basil.
5. Lower your fire to medium to low heat and stir occasionally.
7. After 30 minutes of simmering, add diced tomatoes. Add hot dogs, if desired.
8. Allow ingredients to simmer for another 30 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Serve with spaghetti and you’ll have a delicious sweet spaghetti!
