Description
A tangy Asian chicken dish
Ingredients
- 6 pieces Chicken Thighs
- 6 pieces Chicken Drumsticks
- 1-½ cup Soy Sauce
- 1-½ cup Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- Black Pepper To Taste
- 3 cups Steamed White Rice
Preparation
Place all ingredients except steamed rice in a pot, cover. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and cook for one hour. Serve with steamed rice, pouring sauce over the rice.
