Spicy Mexican pasta
Heat Dutch oven over medium heat, spray with Pam, add both boxes of fideo noodles. Cook till they are brown and remove from Dutch oven. Cook ground beef till done and drain off fat. Add fideo back to pot with beef. Then add all the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes till it thickens and the flavors come together.
Serve with re-fried beans and fresh tortillas.

I have been looking for this recipe for a while! Thank you for posting it! I’ve tried a lot of similar ones, but they didn’t include masa harina. I think this is key. Thanks a million!
