This recipe, from my sister-in-law’s kitchen, is delicious! Creamy and good, you won’t be able to have just one helping.
Boil water in a large pot and add pasta. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until pasta is al dente.
While the water boils for the pasta, melt the butter in a small saucepan; next add the garlic and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the half-and-half and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Once pasta is cooked and drained, add cream mixture and parmesan; blend. Let fettuccini stand covered for a few minutes to thicken. Garnish with extra parmesan and parsley. Serve with garlic bread.
Enjoy!

This was delicious! I added shrimp. Yummy! Excellent recipe – exactly the flavor & texture I was looking for. This is so easy & every family member loved it (that’s hard to accomplish!) Definitely a keeper. Thanks for posting it
