Description

A scrumptious idea for your cooked pork roast!

Ingredients

  • 16 whole Corn Tortillas
  • 4 cups Shredded Cooked Pork Roast
  • 3 cups Lettuce, Torn
  • ½ cups Chopped Onion
  • ½ cups Sour Cream
  • 3 whole Limes, Cut Into Wedges

Preparation

Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat, then remove them from the skillet and keep them warm by wrapping them in aluminum foil.

To make the tacos, place shredded pork down the middle of the tortillas, and if you have any reserved juices from when you roasted the pork, spoon a little over the meat.

Add the lettuce, onion, sour cream and of course the lime squeezed over the top!

And anything else you’d like: cheese, olives, salsa, avocado, beans…

Just a quick idea for leftover pork roast!
