My mom’s friend Faye made this for us once and we’ve been suckers for it ever since. Can be used for grilling or baking, chicken, or pork! For best results, marinate for 24 hours (or more! ).
Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl or large Ziploc bag. Add your chicken breasts and/or pork chops. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator until ready to cook, occasionally turning meat to coat. Recommended marinating time is around 24 hours! If you want to cook more meat, just fit in as much as you can, or double the recipe.
Grill marinated meat for around 20 minutes or until completely done. Alternatively, bake in the oven at 375F for around 20 minutes or until completely done.
Tastes great with potato or pasta salad! Also great for leftovers in a sandwich with mayonnaise.
