Iam thinking about making this soon but I think my family will like the mixtures served over rice instead of mixed up in it. (very picky people I have here!) Sounds delicious!

This is delicious. Such a simpler version of stuffed cabbage rolls when you don’t want to fuss with rolling them. This was so quick and it tasted great. I didn’t add the rice to the entire mixture. Instead, I served the beef and cabbage mixture over the rice. Wonderful! Definitely making again.

I’ve made this a couple times and love it. Most recently, I had all the ingredients except for the beef and I made it anyway…it was still good! For the meatless version, I use granulated chicken bullion instead of salt to add a little extra meaty flavor and I think it did the trick nicely. This one is on regular rotation in my kitchen.

This was delish. I also have a picture of it, if you want to upload it.

I used ground turkey, brown rice & yellow pepper and browned the tomato paste in the cooked onion/pepper/garlic/meat mixture before I added the rest of the ingredients. It was totally yummy!! Will make this again!
