Description

Simple and delicious. Makes a nice summer meal all on its own.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 can Chunk Light Tuna
  • 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • ¾ cups Cocktail Olives
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip!)
  • 1 whole Onion, Medium Size
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Seasoning Salt
  • Garlic Powder

Preparation

All ingredients in this recipe are approximate. Add as much or as little of any ingredient as you prefer, to taste and to achieve quantity required.

Cook the macaroni al dente, drain well and pour into a large mixing bowl or serving bowl.

Add remaining ingredients right into the bowl. Warmth of pasta should thaw the frozen veggies if you intend to serve immediately.

Break the tuna up into small chunks with your fingers before adding. Chop the olives and onion coarsely.

Add just enough mayo to moisten everything.

Add seasonings to taste and mix well before serving.

Can be served immediately, or after chilling. Store in refrigerator.
