Description

Stew beef fit for a queen. Your family will think that you spent hours slaving over the stove!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup (any Brand Is Fine)
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Size) French Onion Soup (I Use Walmart Brand)
  • ½ teaspoons Minced Garlic (I Use The Jar Minced Garlic)
  • 2 pounds Stew Beef, Cubed
  • 2 pinches Pepper
  • ¼ cups Water, Only If Needed

Preparation

Pour the soups into a crockpot, stir well, add garlic and stir again.

Now add the stew beef and pepper and stir for the last time. Do not add salt to this dish. The French onion soup contains enough, I did this once and we couldn’t eat it, so trust me on this. Let it cook on high for 4 to 4.5 hours. You can also cook on low for 7 to 8 hours if you want to do this while you are at work. Sometimes I add the water if I am cooking it on low.

You can add dried parsley at the end of cooking and stir for color, I do this on occasion. Enjoy, you will be glad you tried this quick and easy dish. I serve this with cream potatoes and green beans, and sometimes we serve it over sliced bread. It’s so good either way. When company is coming I double or triple the recipe, and it turns out perfect every time. You cannot go wrong anywhere with this recipe.
