Description

Flour boneless pork chops, brown and put in the crockpot – delish – I am asked for this recipe over and over.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Flour
  • 1-½ teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 6 whole Boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 1 can Condensed Chicken Broth

Preparation

Mix first three ingredients together.

Dredge pork chops in flour mixture and set aside.

Mix remaining flour mixture and chicken broth in 3 1/2 Quart Crock Pot.

Brown pork chops just until brown on both sides then place in Crock Pot (I put them on a rack in the crock pot).

Cook on Low for 4 hours or high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

Remove pork chops and whisk gravy again.

Serve Pork Chops with Gravy and mashed potatoes or rice.

The dry mustard and garlic powder are the secret ingredients to this gravy – gives it that extra zing! Hope you enjoy as much as my family has over the years. I work outside the home and put this together during my lunch hour, and dinner is ready when I get home!

I think the condensed chicken broth has enough salt that additional salt is not required (at least it hasn’t been missed by our family).

This sounds really good. I think the recipe as entered at this point in time is missing the amount of salt needed. I am sure it isn’t much but you might want to add that to the list of ingredients. Can’t wait to try this one!

This is delicious! The mustard makes the gravy just tangy enough! I love to serve this with egg noodles.
