A short and simple pasta recipe that is really yummy. You can make it for one or for as many as you want.
Prepare pasta as directed on package. Chop garlic, then saute it with olive oil.
Chop basil into strips. Cube mozzarella cheese.
Add pasta to cooked garlic. Then add basil and mozzarella. Let stand on heat until cheese starts to melt. Serve.
Remember you can add as much or as little of the ingredients as you like. You can also add tomatoes or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
