Description

I’ve made this dish for years. It is a favorite with my family. Its simple and easy!

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes (12 Oz. Box) Tri-color Rotini Pasta
  • 1 head Small Head Broccoli
  • 1 whole Cucumber
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 can (6 Oz. Can) Pitted Black Olives
  • 4 ounces, fluid Colby Jack Cheese
  • 1-½ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cups Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing

Preparation

Start by boiling a big pot of water. When it’s boiling, add the pasta and cook according to package directions.

While cooking the spiral noodles, it’s time to chop some veggies!

I start with chopping the broccoli into bite size pieces. Throw into a big bowl, as we are going to be adding a lot to the bowl. Peel and chop cucumber into small dice and add to your bowl. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add to the bowl. Halve the black olives and add to the bowl.

Cube the colby jack cheese and add to the bowl. Add the parmesan cheese.

Once pasta is cooked al dente, rinse with cold water. You want the pasta to be cool before tossing into the bowl with veggies. Once all combined, add the Caesar dressing. I usually use half a bottle. But you can add as much or little as you need.

This is perfect for hot Arizona summer nights. You can add or take away ingredients. I have played around with different versions of this throughout the years. Sometimes I add red onions, shredded salami. Play around with it.

Hope you enjoy this as much as my family does!
