Very flavorful roast. I only used the brown gravy mix and the ranch dressing mix and it turned out great.

Thanks for sharing this easy recipe. It was very flavorful and easy to re-use the leftovers for BBQ Beef sandwiches. I’ll definitely stick to this recipe from now on!

How much water did you use? To cover the roast? Only fill up to half the crockpot? Thanks!

Mom made this for Christmas Eve dinner. She used a cup of water and sliced the roast, calling it Beef Tips. It was very thin so she added corn starch at the very end to thicken. YUM!
