Description

Easy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 envelope Grill Mates Mojito Lime Marinade
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • ¼ cups Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Green Bell Pepper, Cut In Strips
  • 1 cup Yellow Bell Pepper, Cut In Strips
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, Cut In Strips
  • 1 cup Red Or Yellow Onion, Cut In Strips
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 dash Black Pepper
  • 1 whole Lime
  • 1 package Flour Tortillas, Taco Size (8-count Package)
  • Optional Garnishes: Salsa, Sour Cream, Cheese, Etc

Preparation

Cut chicken breasts in strips.

Prepare Grill Mates, Mojito Lime marinade mix, with water, vegetable oil and white vinegar as directed on package.

Place marinade and chicken in a large Ziplock bag, shaking to coat chicken. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

In a large wok or skillet, saute bell pepper strips and onions in olive oil over medium high heat for 5 minutes.

Add chicken, sea salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is tender and juices run clear.

Squeeze one fresh lime over chicken mixture.

Serve on warm tortillas with sour cream, salsa and cheese
