Description

The same great taste as the individual portions have, just in a family style casserole.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts: Cut Up
  • 1 can (10.5 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 6 slices Deli Ham
  • 6 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1-½ cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Preparation

In a 9×9 pan, place cut up chicken on the bottom of the pan. Spread soup evenly over the chicken. Next place the slices of deli ham, then Swiss cheese, and top off with bread crumbs.

Bake in a 400ºF oven for 1 hour, making sure chicken is cooked fully.

Mine turned out a little too dry also.

Hmmmm….I think next time I would make it without the seasoned breadcrumbs and use plain. They sort of over-powered the ham and swiss cheese, leaving a dry, salty taste. Mine was a bit dry too, so maybe more soup? Great idea though and it may have just been me…I’ve been in a bit of a food funk.
