“The Godfather” Panini

Ingredients
- 2 slices Ham Cappy Or Any Ham Will Do
- 2 slices Pepperoni
- 2 slices Genoa Salami
- 1 whole English Muffin Or Any Sliced Crusty Bread Will Do
- 2 slices Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 slices Provolone Cheese
Preparation Instructions
Layer all the meat on an English muffin or bread; top with cheese. Grill on a panini press until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
Note: If you dont have a panini press you can use a George Forman grill or a grill pan on the stove with a heavy pot on top of the sandwich to weigh it down.
