Description

Tastes just like your favorite stromboli. No fuss, easy as pie. Same great taste in half the time. You can also make a bunch of these , cut them up and serve for a party.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Ham Cappy Or Any Ham Will Do
  • 2 slices Pepperoni
  • 2 slices Genoa Salami
  • 1 whole English Muffin Or Any Sliced Crusty Bread Will Do
  • 2 slices Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 slices Provolone Cheese

Preparation

Layer all the meat on an English muffin or bread; top with cheese. Grill on a panini press until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Note: If you dont have a panini press you can use a George Forman grill or a grill pan on the stove with a heavy pot on top of the sandwich to weigh it down.

Made these tonight to go with vegetable soup. Very good! I didn’t have ham so I subbed a few thin slices of turkey. I think this would be awesome with some fresh pesto or a few fresh basil leaves grilled right in the sandwich.
