Description

A super easy and delicious recipe that has a lot of delicious sauce perfect for sopping up with some crispy bread!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ½ pounds Cooked Shrimp
  • 8 ounces, fluid Beer, Your Preference (you Don't Use A Full Can/bottle, So You Can "sample" It To Make Sure It's Good!)
  • 1 loaf French Bread, To Serve

Preparation

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce until blended. Add cayenne pepper, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Turn heat to medium and add shrimp. Coat the shrimp in the sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Pour in beer, stirring until the foam has subsided. Put a lid on the pot and let cook for about 5-7 minutes.

Serve in bowls with sliced bread alongside for dipping, or you can serve it over rice!
