Description

This is my mother-in-law’s fabulous pork chop recipe! With only three ingredients, there is no way you can go wrong when preparing it. It is one of the easiest and yummiest meals we have. Give it a try, you won’t be sorry!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pork Chops (4 To 6 Pieces)
  • 1 cup Dr. Pepper
  • 1 cup Ketchup

Preparation

Spray a skillet.
Salt and pepper the chops.
Lightly sear the chops in the skillet just till white.
Combine ketchup and Dr. Pepper and pour over the chops.
Simmer for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

Love this recipe. I use Coke but my son uses Dr. Pepper and we brown the chops.

I made these last night and was disappointed. You would be better served just using your favorite barbeque sauce and calling it good. Pretty plain.

I made these two nights ago and my husband, two year old, and I loved them! We actually ran out because my daughter couldn’t get enough. They were so easy and good. I brought down the mitten rating by accident because I clicked the mittens thinking I could then rate, but the computer took it as me giving it a one. I would give this a 5!
