Description
My family absolutely loves this recipe; steaks are tender and so flavorful…
Ingredients
- ½ cups Olive Oil
- ½ cups Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- ⅓ cups Brown Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ teaspoons Red Or Cayenne Pepper
- ½ teaspoons Sazón With Coriander And Annatto
- ½ ounces, weight Adolf's Meat Marinade
- 4 whole Sirloin Steaks - Medium Size
Preparation
Mix all marinade ingredients well in a Ziplock bag (or glass dish). Add the steaks and thoroughly cover the meat with the marinade, cover with plastic or foil if using a glass dish.
Place in refrigerator for at least two hours and turn the meat every 30 minutes or so.
Cook or grill by your preferred method.
